Definition

The S280GD grade is a structural steel with a yield point of at least 280 MPa.

S280GD is available in the following hot dip coatings: S280GD+Z (galvanized), S280GD+ZF (galvanized-iron), S280GD+ZA (galvanized-aluminum), S280GD+AZ (aluminum-zinc), S280GD+AS (galvanized-iron) aluminum silicon).

Characteristic

  • Good heat resistance.
  • The economy is relatively high.
  • Corrosion resistance.
  • High thermal reflectivity, can be used as thermal insulation material.
