Pickling Steel Production Line
The annual production capacity is 600,000 tons, and the product specifications can be 1.5-5.0mm*800-1450mm. The production line adopts the international advanced shallow tank turbulent flow hydrochloric acid pickling technology, the whole line transmission adopts AC frequency conversion control, the pickling speed is fast, and it can produce high-strength, ultra-deep drawing pickling boards.
Cold Rolled Steel Production Line
The production specification is 0.12-1.2mm*750-1250mm. The production line adopts advanced full-hydraulic pressing method, which is flexible and stable in control, and realizes automatic control of AGC plate thickness in combination with thickness gauge, so as to ensure product quality
Galvalume Steel Production Line
The annual production capacity of galvalume steel plate production line is 350,000 tons, and the production size is 0.12-0.7mm*800-1250mm. The cooling of the inner strip adopts the protective gas circulation injection technology, and is equipped with the most advanced and precise production equipment such as two bending and two straightening and tensioning machines, skin pass machines, and laser thickness gauges. Galvanized Steel Production Line
The annual production capacity of the galvanized steel sheet production line is 300,000 tons, and the production size is 0.12-0.7mm*800-1250mm. Advanced and high-precision production equipment such as pots, skin pass machines, and laser thickness gauges can produce various types of galvanized sheets according to different purposes, which are suitable for construction, automobiles, home appliances, decoration, color-coated sheets and other industries.
Prepainted Steel Production Line
The annual production capacity of the prepainted steel production line is 250,000 tons, and the production specification is 0.2-1.2mm*800-1250mm. The substrate adopts the spangle-free galvanized sheet or aluminum-zinc-silicon sheet produced by our company, which has excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, and appearance decoration, and is used in emerging fields such as construction and home appliances.
