Our pre-painted aluminum coils are available in a wide variety of colors, finishes and textures. They are lightweight, easy to handle, and have excellent formability, making them ideal for a variety of applications including architectural facades, roofing, cladding, and more.
Prepainted aluminum coil is a type of aluminum sheet that has been coated with a layer of paint or other protective finishes in coil form before being fabricated into end products.
The process involves several steps, including cleaning and treating the aluminum surface, applying a primer, and then applying the final paint or coating. This pre-coating process ensures a uniform and durable finish that provides enhanced corrosion resistance, UV protection, and aesthetic appeal.

Quality control: from substrate selection to process treatment, alloy state, thickness, tensile strength, ductility, elongation after fracture, and other tests ensure that the surface of the finished product is free of paint loss, bulging, color difference, horizontal lines and other phenomena.
Raw materials: Aluminum substrate uses Chinalco, and paints use PPG, Akozo Nobel, and Valspar.
Capacity: The company has introduced a fully automatic high-speed coating production line with a production capacity of 100,000 tons of aluminum coating production line.
Our prepainted aluminum coils can use SMP and PVDF coatings.
SMP is not as UV-resistant as PVDF coatings, and its lifespan in harsh environments is shorter than PVDF.
PVDF is more expensive than SMP, has fewer colors to choose from, and is not as flexible as SMP.
The choice between SMP and PVDF paints depends on the specific requirements of your project, including budget, desired lifespan, environmental conditions, and aesthetic preferences.
We can customize the color according to your sample, the following colors are just examples.

Here are the common questions that you may want to know.
Corrosion Resistance
The prepainted aluminum coil has a protective layer that shields the metal from environmental factors such as moisture, chemicals, and UV radiation. This significantly reduces the risk of rust and corrosion, making it ideal for outdoor applications and harsh environments.
Lightweight
Aluminum is approximately one-third the weight of steel, which makes it much easier to transport, handle, and install. This lightweight nature also reduces the overall structural load, which can be beneficial in construction and automotive applications.
Formability
Aluminum is a highly ductile metal, which means it can be bent, shaped, and formed into complex configurations without cracking or losing its structural integrity. This makes it suitable for applications that require intricate designs or specific shapes.
The 3xxx series alloys are primarily composed of aluminum and manganese, which enhances their strength and corrosion resistance.
3003 Aluminum Alloy
- Composition: Primarily aluminum with about 1.2% manganese and 0.12% copper.
- Properties:
- Good corrosion resistance.
- Excellent workability and formability.
- Moderate strength.
- Good weldability.
- Applications: Often used in manufacturing cooking utensils, chemical equipment, storage tanks, and pressure vessels due to its combination of strength and corrosion resistance.
3004 Aluminum Alloy
- Composition: Similar to 3003 but with the addition of about 1% magnesium and 1.25% manganese.
- Properties:
- Higher strength than 3003 due to the addition of magnesium.
- Good corrosion resistance.
- Good formability and workability.
- Excellent weldability.
- Applications: Commonly used in the production of beverage cans, storage tanks, and architectural products due to its higher strength and good corrosion resistance.
3005 Aluminum Alloy
- Composition: Contains about 1.2% manganese and 0.6% magnesium.
- Properties:
- Higher strength compared to both 3003 and 3004.
- Good corrosion resistance.
- Good formability and workability.
- Excellent weldability.
- Applications: Used in building materials, heat exchangers, and residential siding due to its strength and resistance to corrosion.
3105 Aluminum Alloy
- Composition: Contains about 0.3% silicon, 0.4% iron, 0.3% copper, 0.3-0.8% manganese, 0.2% magnesium, and traces of other elements.
- Properties:
- Comparable to 3003 in terms of strength.
- Excellent corrosion resistance.
- Good formability and workability.
- Good weldability.
- Applications: Often used in residential siding, mobile homes, rain-carrying goods, and sheet metal work due to its good balance of properties.
