Luxteel is the trade name for Dongkuk’s pre-coated metal products for both external and internal construction materials. They decided to establish Duellco in 2012, although their partnership began in 2008. Their business focuses on the supply of metal and steel coils for the construction industry.

Duellco exports Korean-made steel products to Asian countries. These products include prepainted steel coils, PGI, GA, GI, and CR produced by Dongbu Steel, Posco, and Hyundai Steel.

Their prepainted steel coils have a thickness of 0.2mm to 1.2mm and a width of 750mm to 1250mm. They are available in different colors. These steel coils are resilient to corrosion and extreme weather conditions. 

Hanmi Resources Co., Ltd. has twenty years of experience in steel and iron products. It was incorporated thirty years ago, and since then it has developed its expertise in the fields of engineering and steel machinery.

They get the products from steel mills in Union, SeAH, POSCO, and Dongbu and export them to New Zealand, Australia, India, Iran, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.

Hanmi’s prepainted steel coils have followed the standards from ASTM and JIS. The coils have a thickness of 0.23 to 1.60mm, a width of 1270 mm, and a length of 600 to 5000mm. The coil ID is 508 to 610mm with a weight of 15 MT. 

Established in 2007, SW Co., Ltd.’s company name was changed to its current name in 2016. In the same year, it started mass production of vacuum tubes. SW is a holder of IOS 14001, TS16949, KSD 3760, KSD 3566, ISO 13485, and CE certifications.

SW Company sources its steel products from local and overseas steel makers and trades them to other countries. Its warehouse has a large stock of prepainted steel sheets and coils.

It has a coating of silicon resin and silicon polyester. The color-coated coils have anti-weathering and antibacterial properties, which are excellent for the manufacturing of washing machines, dish dryers, refrigerators, and humidifiers.

KG Steel Co., Ltd. began its operation on October 27, 1982, as a multinational corporation that manufactures cold-rolled steel, iron coating, and steel-related products. It belongs to a consortium of Cactus Private Equity and the KG Group of companies. 

KG’s prepainted steel coils have a regular modified polyester coating. These coils are available in various shades and gloss levels for both exterior and interior construction materials. The RMP prepainted coating is perfect for this purpose as it does not require a lot of processing. 

The polyester resin paint coating could be coated or baked on the steel sheet. The coils have superior machinability, durability, and resistance to weathering.

Established in 2005, Shin Steel became a DongBu Steel partner. In 2007, it began working with LG Electronics in various countries. Since then, it has begun business with Arcelik A.S. (Turkey), Hysco, Panasonic, Posco C&C, and other companies. 

Shin Steel manufactures pre-painted steel for home appliances due to its hi-polymer polyester coating on the base plate. On top of it is a primer coating, then a pre-treatment (Cr-free coating), followed by a zinc and aluminum plating layer.

The base metal consists of a cold-rolled steel sheet, and underneath it is a plating layer of zinc and aluminum. It is followed by a pre-treatment and functional painting (epoxy, polyester).
