The insulation has densities of 35 to 40 kilo/ m3.

The insulation foam has an overall density of 35 to 37 kilo/m3 with a tensile stress of 150kpa, compression resistance of 100kpa, shear resistance of 100kpa, and fire property of 83 B3 as per DIN 4102.

Panel Tech’s roof sandwich panels come in PU (polyurethane core) and PIR (polyisocyanurate core) with a high surface profile. The sheet thickness is 0.3mm to 0.9mm with a width of 1220mm. The insulation thickness is 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm with a density of PIR 40 to 45kg/m3 and PU 35- 38 kilo/m3. The rib width is 110mm.

The PIR and PU wall sandwich panels have a high surface profile. It has a thickness of 0.70mm to 0.50mm and a cover width of 1000. It has a minimum weight of 6.42kg/m3.
