We are a leading organization in the sandwich panel industry, having started manufacturing operations in 2005, with our first manufacturing plant in Boxing, Shandong, with a production capacity of 4 million square meters/year.

Over the years, we have continuously invested in increasing production capacity. In 2009, we purchased an Italian sandwich panel production line, introduced a purification panel production line in 2015, and purchased the third and fourth imported insulation panel production lines in 2019 to achieve high-end polyurethane sandwich panel production capacity. 25 million square meters/year.

Italy PUNA production line, European advanced polyurethane core production process, Seven component field foaming technology, ensure stable product performance, the super long double track ensures the flatness of surface.

Cleanroom Panel Production Line

Clean board continuous production system has the leading level in the industry, including: roll forming system, automatic continuous cotton system, automatic glue spraying system, dual-track qualitative and temperature control system, robot stacking system, control system, etc. The system has high automation degree, fast processing efficiency, stable product quality, and the maximum production capacity reaches 2 million ㎡ /year. Clean boards with various core materials can be produced, and the production efficiency is 6-8 times of that of traditional manual boards.

Cold Storage Panel Production Line

The advanced equipment and technology of Italian OMS are introduced into cold storage panel production lines, and the double tracks length is 36 meters. Ultra long double rails provide sufficient curing reaction time for polyurethane foaming, which greatly improve the adhesion and formability of the board. The equipment can produce ultra-thick cold storage plates of 250 mm, which can meet the special needs of customers for low-temperature environment. Advanced polyurethane pentane foaming process cancels the original foaming agents F11 and 141B, which not only has better foaming quality, but also realizes zero fluorine emission in the production process.

Quality Control

Material Testing Center

The company has built a first-class material testing center laboratory, equipped with more than 30 sets of professional equipment, dedicated to the physical, mechanical and combustion performance testing of raw and auxiliary materials and finished products related to the enclosure system and the research and development of new products, and implemented the international standard operation specifications.

Product quality control is divided into raw material inspection, auxiliary material inspection, product inspection, laboratory inspection and other work modules, which truly realize seamless quality control from raw materials entering the factory, production links to finished product inspection, and ensure stable product quality.
