Established in 1993, IBV Hungária Kft is a manufacturer of prefabricated building components under its mother company, German IBV Holding GmbH. In 2019, IBV separated its business unit to expand its market coverage. Today, it has produced sandwich panels that use fiberglass-reinforced plastic or GRP.  

IBV’s sandwich panels have a high-thermal insulation layer of various thicknesses and colors in a matte or high gloss finish. The insulation core consists of PUR, PIR, PET, XPS, metal, PP honeycomb, or plywood birch.

The MB COPPO-TCP sandwich roof panel is a product of Marcegaglia. It has a length of 2,800 to 13,300mm with a minimum pitch of 10 percent and a deflection of F≤ 1/200 L. The MB Roof TD5 roof panel has a deflection of F≤ 1/200 L with pitches of >7%.

It has a positive/negative edge profile in its longitudinal connection. Between the panel lies a rigid polyurethane foam core with a volume weight of 40 to 42 kilo/m3. The length of this panel is customizable, up to twelve meters.

KÁLLÓ-fém’s roof and wall sandwich panels have a high thermal insulating property. The PUR/PIR or Rockwall insulating materials with knotted connections make the sandwich panel easy to assemble without using a thermal bridge. 

These sandwich panels are 8, 10, 12, 15, and 20 centimeters. They are available in steel reinforcement coating in RAL colors on both sides with the insulating core in the center.
