In 1961, Metecno began operating with a company name, Metallotecnica Italiana. Metecno manufactures assorted multi-layered roof and wall systems and prefabricated insulated sandwich panels.

Meteno produces Hipertec® sandwich panels with 2 to 25 meters lengths, depending on your specifications. Their external sheet thickness is 0.60mm with an optional thickness of 0.50 to 0.75mm, while the internal sheet thickness is 0.45mm with an optional thickness of 0.40mm, 0.50mm, and 0.60mm.

Their Hipertec® roof sound sandwich panel contains an internal perforated sheet to absorb sound. The G4 sandwich panel has HCFC-free polyurethane and a high heat-insulating rigid foam core. Both external and inner steel sheets have a thickness of 0.60mm.

The core layer of PWD-W has a mineral wool density of 115 kilograms per cubic meter. The PWS-W has a density of 120 kilograms per cubic meter, while the PWS –W EKO is 80kg/per cubic meter.

Roma’s PIR-type P wall panels have a module width of 1,150mm and insulation thickness from 60mm upward. The PIR Type M Wall Panels have a module width of 1,000mm. Both panels have three different surface profile variants.

FP MW wall panels have a module width of 1,150mm, whereas the FV MW wall panels have a 1,000mm module width. Both panels have EN 14509 certifications with four surface profile variants.

The MW-type FD roof panels have a 1,000mm module width and length of up to 15,000mm.

EMS ISOLIERPANEELE is a Germany-based sandwich panel manufacturer that develops the Quadcore® technology for cost-saving and efficient cold store insulation.
They take pride in their high-performing ems-isolating QuadCore® EM sandwich panels.

EMS’ fire-retardant panels have the B-s2, d0 classification set by EN 13501-1. These stainless-steel panels have a standard cover width of 1150mm. They are available in thicknesses of 40 to 220mm with lengths of up to 20 meters.

Other cover widths are available upon customer request. The sandwich panels consist of double tongue and groove joints from its ≥ 60 mm element thickness. It follows the EN ISO 6946 standard for heat transition with coefficients of 0.45 and 0.09 W/m2K.
