Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe making process

Installation preparation: Make preparations according to the construction method determined by the construction plan.
Prefabrication: Mark the actual installation structure position according to the design drawing, and then prefabricate according to the measured size of the sketch.
Dry pipe installation: generally start from the main inlet during installation, and temporarily plug the main inlet end for pressure test.

Pipeline flushing: The pipeline can be flushed after the pressure test is completed. The flushing should be performed continuously with tap water, and sufficient flow should be ensured.
