1. We use Valspar Fluropon® PVDF, which has excellent UV resistance, color retention, and resistance to chalking. Its excellent properties meet the American Architectural Manufacturers Association standard AAMA 2605.
2. Super High Durable Polyester was specially developed by Backers based on the 40-year warranty for the North American market.
We can customize the color according to your sample, the following colors are just examples.

Non-bright colors (black, gray, etc.) of Beckers super high durable polyester have a 40-year warranty.
Bright colors (red, green, blue, etc.) of Beckers’s high durable polyester have a 20-year warranty.
Non-bright colors (black, gray, etc.) of Valspar PVDF have a 25-year warranty.
Bright colors (red, green, blue, etc.) of Valspar PVDF have no warranty.

Common gauge types for metal roofing coil are 22, 24, 26 and 29. The larger the number, the thinner the steel sheet.
Use 22, 24 gauges in the following situations:
The roof is in extreme weather conditions (hail, strong winds, heavy snow), requiring thicker and more durable panels.
Use 26, 29 gauges in the following situations:
The roof will be located in a milder climate where snow, hail or stormy weather will not occur frequently.
Commercial or agricultural roof applications.

If your customers require a 40-year warranty, choose SHDP, SHDP is a paint developed by Beckers specifically for Canada with a 40-year warranty.
If you prioritize longevity, color retention, and overall durability, and are willing to invest more upfront, PVDF is the better choice.
If you are looking for a more cost-effective solution and are okay with slightly lower performance in terms of durability and color retention, SMP is a good option.
